Refunds and cancellation
Short version: nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. The longer version says what happens if that ever changes.
Nothing is charged
Tiny Accounts is free. The product collects no payment card details, has no checkout, no subscription and no paid tier. No invoice is ever issued to you for using it, so no refund can arise.
Cancelling
There is no subscription to cancel. To stop using the service, use Delete account in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. It removes your login and every transaction, recurring rule and invoice attached to it, immediately and irreversibly. Export anything you want to keep first — Export in the month header produces a CSV, and each invoice exports as a PDF.
If a paid plan is ever introduced
No charge will be made without a separate, explicit agreement from you at the time. If that ever happens, this page will be updated before the first charge and will set out, at minimum:
- the price, the billing period and what is included;
- a consumer right of withdrawal where the law provides one (in the EU and UK, 14 days from purchase for distance contracts, subject to the usual exception where you ask for immediate access to a digital service and acknowledge losing that right);
- how to cancel, and what happens to your data when a paid plan lapses;
- how long a refund takes to reach the original payment method.
Free use of Tiny Accounts today does not become a paid plan automatically, and any existing data stays exportable.
